How far in advance should I book a notary?

- Standard notarization: 24-48 hours in advance is ideal, though same-day is often possible
- Loan signings: Book as soon as you know the closing date — ideally 2-3 days in advance
- Weekend/Sunday appointments: Book 2-3 days ahead since these fill quickly
- Hospital visits: Call as soon as possible — we prioritize urgent medical situations
- RON sessions: Can often be scheduled same-day since no travel is needed
